The Role

• Managing customer enquiries, policy changes, and renewals
• Providing a high level of service across inbound calls and queries
• Building strong, lasting relationships with clients
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell relevant products
• Working across multiple systems and adapting to new processes
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance within a regulated environment

What We're Looking For

• Experience within insurance OR a professional customer service environment
• A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• A proactive, self-starting approach
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly
• Comfortable working across multiple systems
• A genuine interest in developing within a professional services environment
