Project Manager Harlow (1 day office-based) + London sites (4 days per week) £45,000 + Commission + Company Vehicle We are working with a growing and well-established business providing infrastructure projects, who are looking to bring in a Project Manager to support ongoing and new installations across London and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role managing multiple projects from initial planning through to completion, working closely with engineers, contractors and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly. The Role: Managing projects from start to finish (planning through to handover) Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and suppliers across multiple sites Leading project meetings with clients and internal teams Managing schedules, resources and day-to-day project activity Tracking progress, resolving issues and keeping projects on time and within budget Producing and maintaining project documentation (including RAMS) Being on-site regularly to oversee works and ensure quality delivery What we're looking for: Previous experience in a Project Manager or Project Coordinator role Strong experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders Confident coordinating teams, contractors and site activity Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable being on-site across London the majority of the week Desirable: Exposure to security, CCTV or access control systems Background within construction, facilities, or installation environments Relevant project management qualifications (PRINCE2 or similar) What's on offer: £45,000 salary (DOE) + commission Company vehicle, laptop and phone 28 days holiday + additional days with service Birthday off after probation Clear progression within a growing business Successful applications will be contacted within 5-7 working days if you do not hear from us please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion by sending your CV you are agreeing to Newman Personnel to submit successful CVs on to the client.
