Residential Conveyancer - Market leading salary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing law firm. This is a fantastic chance to manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters while working in a supportive, close-knit team environment. The Role You will be responsible for:

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
• Handling a wide range of matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and leasehold transactions
• Working both independently and as part of a collaborative team of property specialists
• Delivering excellent client care while running files efficiently and effectively

About You To be considered, you will ideally have:

• Strong experience as a Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, or equivalent)
• A proven ability to handle a busy, varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Experience in all aspects of the conveyancing process from start to finish
• A positive, team-focused attitude and a desire to progress your career

(Qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive is preferred but not essential.) Benefits
