Outskirts of Newark, Full time, Temp to Perm / Permanent

Salary dependent on experience

We our recruiting for our Client based on the outskirts of Newark for an experienced Production Operative who is looking for a new challenge within a dynamic environment. This is an opportunity to become part of a team who thrives on efficiency, precision and teamwork.

Your role as Production Operative will include, but will not be limited to:

• Unloading and loading containers and trucks
• Operating a 5T overhead crane for moving and loading heavy materials
• Rearranging warehouse stock
• Assembling shelving unites
• General warehouse maintenance and yard duties
• Picking and packing

A suitable Production Operative candidate will have experience within logistics or a warehouse environment alongside being proficient in operating a variety of machinery.

Skills including the following would be desirable:

• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Proactive attitude
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Supervisory experience is a plus.

The benefits included with this role are:

• Onsite Parking
• Monday to Friday working pattern (40 hours, 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday, early finish on a Friday)
• 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
