Inclusion Lead (Fully Remote) - £370 per daySomerset Council 6-month interim contractWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Inclusion Lead to support vulnerable learners and drive positive educational outcomes. This is a fully remote opportunity offering a competitive day rate of £370, ideal for a professional passionate about inclusion, safeguarding, and multi-agency work.The RoleAs an Inclusion Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting learners at risk of exclusion or disengagement. You will work collaboratively with schools, families, and external agencies to ensure every young person has access to appropriate, high-quality education provision.Key Responsibilities

• Lead on individual learner case management, coordinating timely and effective multi-agency interventions
• Develop and implement personalised education and progression plans
• Oversee alternative provision placements, ensuring they are purposeful and outcome-focused
• Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings, including TAC, PEP reviews, and safeguarding discussions
• Monitor attendance, engagement, and wellbeing, taking early action to prevent disengagement
• Promote student voice, empowering learners to actively shape their educational journey

About You

• Strong experience working with Children Looked After and/or Early Years
• Solid understanding of SEND, safeguarding, and statutory responsibilities
• Proven case management and multi-agency coordination experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A genuine commitment to inclusive education and improving outcomes for young people
