Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Work one-to-one or in small groups with learners
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour supportProvide tailored support to students with additional needs
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience working with children or young people (essential)
- Experience in an educational or support role (desirable)
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection (training can be provided)
- Ability to adapt and respond to individual learner needs
