Responsibilities:

• Processing accurate and timely data for Risk and Premium Bordereaux.
• Enabling communication and resolving issues via the Workflow systems with outsourcing service delivery partner.
• Assisting with Facilities Management Workflow, Bordereaux Management Workflow and Estimated Premium Income Workflow to ensure tasks are completed within agreed SLA's.
• Assisting with and undertaking tasks as defined by the Operations Specialist Manager.
