As Internal Account Support Team Leader, you'll lead from the front and ensure your team delivers consistently high standards:

• Manage and develop the Internal Account Support team to achieve targets
• Conduct regular one-to-ones and provide coaching and feedback
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
• Oversee customer issues and ensure timely resolution
• Delegate and manage workload effectively across the team
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Support order processing and maintain service level agreements

To succeed as Internal Account Support Team Leader, you'll bring strong leadership and operational experience:

• Proven experience leading or supervising a team
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with KPIs in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator with the ability to motivate others
• Organised and adaptable approach to changing priorities
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems is advantageous
