A waste management company based in Weymouth is looking for a Waste Collection Operative. The role requires no previous experience; however, candidates must be physically fit and willing to work outside. Responsibilities include collecting waste from the roadside, sorting recyclables, supporting machine lifting for emptying bins, and general cleansing duties. The position offers a pay rate of £13.05 per hour for a 37-hour week, with working hours from 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday.
