Job Description
We're looking for a passionate and hands-on Hospitality Team Leader to join our team at a unique and immersive venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and being involved in both front and back of house operations-all during daytime hours only.
The Role
As Hospitality Team Leader, you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the venue. You'll support and motivate the team, ensure exceptional service standards, and help bring our immersive experience to life for every guest.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining operational delivery with team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support hospitality staff across front and back of house
- Deliver a warm, engaging, and memorable guest experience
- Oversee service periods, ensuring high standards of quality, cleanliness, and consistency
- Support opening, service, and close-down procedures
- Assist with stock control, food prep, and compliance with food safety standards
- Train and onboard new team members
- Act as a point of contact for guest queries and operational issues
- Work collaboratively with management to continually improve service and efficiency
About You
- Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role
- Comfortable working across front and back of house
- A natural leader who motivates others by example
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Passionate about delivering great customer experiences
- Food hygiene or health & safety qualifications are desirable (or willingness to complete)
