Part Time Sales Administrator, £13-13.50ph, Harrogate
Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join their supportive team. This is a key role within the business, working closely with the sales team to provide essential administrative support and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
You'll be a key point of contact for their Internal team and customers, helping to deliver excellent service while keeping processes efficient and accurate.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders and preparing estimates using the CRM system
- Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
- Handling inbound phone calls, including taking and processing verbal orders
- Managing and resolving customer queries and issues in a timely manner
- Providing delivery updates, including estimated times of arrival
- Planning and coordinating daily delivery routes
- Preparing and following up on customer estimates and quotations
- Processing payments, including debit card transactions
- Managing email and telephone communications with clients and colleagues
- Ordering and organising office supplies
- Maintaining a strong understanding of company products and services
- Supporting day-to-day account management, including issuing price lists and sending samples
What you will bring:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident using CRM systems and general IT software
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Customer-focused with a professional and friendly approach
- Experience in a similar administrative or sales support role advantageous
