Description
The Real Estate Solicitor will be:
Advising on the acquisition and disposal of investment property
advising on large-scale portfolio transactions
Managing landlord and tenant matters across various sectors
Acting for national developers, investors, and occupiers
Handling property management and asset management work
Drafting and negotiating a range of real estate documents
Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Profile
The Real Estate Solicitor should be:
A solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in real estate
Experienced in commercial property transactions
Confident working with high-profile or corporate clients
Strong in drafting and negotiation skills
Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail
A team player with strong communication skills

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £67,000 to £72,000 per annum.
