Interim FP&A Transformation Lead
Location: Bristol (Hybrid - 2 days onsite, 3 from home)Duration: 3-6 Month ContractStart: Immediate / ASAP

The Opportunity
A large complex organisation that is currently modernising its finance function, investing in improved systems, reporting and planning capability. As part of this journey, an experienced FP&A professional is required on an interim basis to help stabilise and redesign core reporting processes while the permanent hire is recruited.
The existing reporting and planning processes were built around a previous business structure and no longer reflect how the organisation operates today. This role will play a key part in modernising reporting, improving management information and helping establish a more scalable FP&A function.
