Job Description

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an excellent entry-level Administration role on behalf of a company in the financial services sector based in Epsom. You will be working within the administration team, offering the opportunity to develop your skills while progressing within the business. The company offers excellent pathways for progression and has a great social environment.

Salary - £25,000 + Study Support

Must live within 5-10 miles of Epsom

Duties Include:

  • Answering the phone, dealing with enquiries and taking messages
  • Provide general administrative support to the office team
  • Assisting with quotes
  • Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system
  • Sales support to the team - handling administration & dealing with any issues
  • Help colleagues with ad-hoc tasks/reports as needed
  • Liaising with clients as necessary via telephone and email

You will possess the following attributes:

  • GCSE's C minimum in Maths and English
  • Must be 18 and not planning on going to university / or be a university graduate
  • Enthusiastic confident and bubbly
  • Great communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Ability to stay organised & prioritise tasks
