Account Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident, customer focused Account Manager to join our client's growing team. Our client is a well-established market leader in the hospitality industry, and you will be joining a dynamic, stable team of driven sales and customer service professionals.

• Annual Basic Salary of £26 000 plus commission

About the role as the Account Manager:

• Managing customer orders over the phone and acting as a trusted product advisor
• Identifying upselling and cross selling opportunities during customer conversations
• Supporting customers with product knowledge and digital ordering platforms
• Analysing buying patterns to drive effective sales conversations
• Handling customer queries and objections professionally
• Working towards individual and team sales targets

Skills and Requirements:

• Previous experience in an office-based sales role
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to upselling
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn product knowledge
