They are looking for a highly organised Sales Support Administrator to join their friendly and fast-paced UK Commercial Team. The Role

The Sales Support Administrator will provide essential support across sales activities, account management, data accuracy, reporting, documentation control, and coordination with international teams. It's a varied role suited to someone who enjoys structure, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality commercial administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing quotations, tenders, proposals, and pricing documentation
  • Supporting existing client accounts with reports, historical data, and follow-up actions
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, sales pipeline information, and forecasting data
  • Coordinating sales-to-supply chain handovers to ensure accurate order execution
  • Preparing, packing, and arranging courier shipments for product samples
  • Managing internal documentation, project files, and structured filing systems
  • Tracking key actions and deadlines using project management tools
  • Supporting commercial research, analysis, and ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Contributing to improvements in sales processes and documentation workflows

About You

Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years' experience in sales support, sales administration, or commercial operations
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Competent using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
