My client has an estate of over 10 acres and are looking for an experienced Maintenance Assistant to help with maintenance tasks. • Carry out planned, preventative and routine maintenance of the estate
• Assist other trades with plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, etc.
• Demonstrate and have experience in basic plumbing, drain clearance, lamp changing and carpentry skills
• Support service & maintenance, and wider maintenance team
• Work in a static role in a relaxed atmosphere

• Salary: £27,000 - £29,310pa
