Customer Success Account Handler

  • Location: Needham
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: £28,700 (DOE)
  • Working Hours: 08:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday (30-minute unpaid lunch break) and 08:00am - 12.30pm Friday

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Success Account Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering a highly responsive service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty by managing their enquiries and sales orders efficiently. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to achieving the company's annual targets.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Provide a professional, customer-focused service, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer queries through various communication channels such as Teams, phone, email, and post.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails promptly and efficiently, building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by adhering to the correct processes and methods.
  • Proactively promote the company's product range to the existing customer base, with opportunities for additional training.
  • Attend client meetings as necessary to help build and maintain relationships.
  • Update computer-based systems (Membrain/Nulogy) efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as creating new product codes, booking deliveries, arranging transport, and liaising with the production team on delays.
  • Assist the Compliance Manager with customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Produce reports and conduct data analysis as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain flexible with responsibilities.
  • Capability to build rapport and trust with customers and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of administration and customer handling.
