Customer Success Account Handler
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Success Account Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering a highly responsive service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty by managing their enquiries and sales orders efficiently. Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Provide a professional, customer-focused service, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer queries through various communication channels such as Teams, phone, email, and post.
- Manage incoming calls and emails promptly and efficiently, building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by adhering to the correct processes and methods.
- Proactively promote the company's product range to the existing customer base, with opportunities for additional training.
- Attend client meetings as necessary to help build and maintain relationships.
- Update computer-based systems (Membrain/Nulogy) efficiently and accurately.
- Handle administrative tasks such as creating new product codes, booking deliveries, arranging transport, and liaising with the production team on delays.
- Assist the Compliance Manager with customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Produce reports and conduct data analysis as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain flexible with responsibilities.
- Capability to build rapport and trust with customers and maintain strong working relationships.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of administration and customer handling.
