The role of Planning Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of 5 planners across the UK planning function
- Develop and implement planning and supply chain strategies to optimise operations.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline planning processes.
- Analyse supply chain data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favourable terms.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain process.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on planning activities.
