Sales Administrator & Support

Join a great client of ours as part of the Sales Administration & Support team, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the sales process and customer experience. Day-to-day of the role:
- Answer customer calls and emails, providing detailed information and building engagement.
- Qualify inquiries to assess customer needs and book surveyor visits accordingly.
- Ensure a professional and friendly customer experience from the first contact.
- Assist surveyors by preparing and calculating quotes based on their measurements and recommendations.
- Send quotes to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers via phone and email to encourage order placement.
- Accurately update customer details, sales progress, and appointment schedules in the CRM system.
- Maintain spreadsheets and records to ensure sales data is organised and accessible.
- Support the sales team with general administrative tasks to improve efficiency.
- Track outstanding quotes and proactively contact customers to drive conversions.
- Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Guide and support customers in the showroom, providing advice and ensuring a high level of service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including at least 2 Saturdays per month.
