Our Fire Remediation Team plays a critical part in this mission, ensuring we meet the requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022 and that our buildings remain safe, compliant, and future proof.
We're now looking for a Fire Remediation Manager (Major Works) to join us and lead the delivery of some of our most important building safety projects.
The Role
As our Fire Remediation Manager, you'll take the lead on a portfolio of major cladding and fire safety remediation schemes, managing projects from investigation and design through to tendering, on site delivery, handover, and final account.
You'll play a key role in ensuring our residents' safety, working closely with internal colleagues, technical experts, contractors, and external authorities. You'll bring professionalism, clarity, and confidence to complex projects, keeping everything moving and everyone informed.
This is a hands on, highly collaborative role where your expertise will directly improve people's homes and lives.

Where you'll work
Our office day is the second Tuesday of each month at our Waterloo office, of course, much of your time will be spent on site actively managing projects and ensuring safe, high quality delivery.
