As a Business Support Minute Taker, you'll provide high-quality administrative and minute-taking support to ensure meetings are accurately documented and that organisational procedures, policies, and compliance standards are maintained.

What you'll be doing: Business Support Minute Taker

Providing general administrative and clerical support to the team

Attending meetings within Children's Social Care services and accurately recording minutes

Producing clear, structured, and timely meeting minutes for distribution

Organising and preparing documents required for meetings

Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally when required

Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and filing systems

Assisting with general administrative tasks and team support activities

Ensuring all information is handled in line with confidentiality and data protection requirements

Managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines

Undertaking other reasonable duties appropriate to the role
