Day-to-day of the role:
- Providing high-level administrative support to the Dean and senior management.
- Managing extensive diaries and inboxes.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Acting as a professional and confidential point of contact.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and briefing materials.
- Liaising with stakeholders across the college and wider University.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably within an academic or similarly structured environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software.
