Our client is seeking a Customer Service Lead & Business Development Manager who will play a pivotal role in elevating customer experience and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and enhance the delivery of customer service, ensuring clients receive a consistently high-quality experience.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for organic growth.
  • Drive new business acquisition through proactive business development activity.
