Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to customers.This role is fast-paced and heavily inbox-focused to begin with, managing a busy shared inbox and handling a variety of general enquiries. You'll also support with processing orders and resolving customer queries, ensuring customers are kept fully informed at every stage.Key Responsibilities
