Job Description

We re working with a growing and well-established manufacturing business looking to add a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with warm leads and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

As a Sales Executive, you ll be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, guiding customers through the sales process, and ensuring accurate and timely quotations are provided. You ll play a key role in converting interest into business while maintaining strong internal systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Qualifying customer requirements and identifying suitable solutions
  • Producing accurate and competitive quotes in a timely manner
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system with all customer interactions
  • Following up on quotes to maximise conversion rates
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Delivering a professional and consultative customer experience

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (ideally inbound sales)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, motivated, and target-driven
  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise workload
