As a Sales Executive, you ll be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, guiding customers through the sales process, and ensuring accurate and timely quotations are provided. You ll play a key role in converting interest into business while maintaining strong internal systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Qualifying customer requirements and identifying suitable solutions
- Producing accurate and competitive quotes in a timely manner
- Updating and maintaining the CRM system with all customer interactions
- Following up on quotes to maximise conversion rates
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Delivering a professional and consultative customer experience
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (ideally inbound sales)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Proactive, motivated, and target-driven
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise workload
