Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven sales management experience, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and excel in converting leads.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly online.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously while remaining connected with the team.
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms and engaging with a diverse customer base.
  • PPC would be advantageous but not essential. A basic understanding of online customer acquisition would be useful. Content promotion and offer positioning is preferred.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle customer enquiries across multiple platforms including our main Facebook page, Cruise Facebook page, Live Chat, and WhatsApp.
  • Engage customers actively seeking their next holiday, converting conversations into bookings.
  • Deliver fast, responsive service to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide comprehensive end-to-end customer service, ensuring customers are supported and excited throughout their journey.
  • Source and promote your own products and offers on social media, keeping an eye on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Track performance of promotions and refine future offers to maximize effectiveness.
