Customer Service Representative

• Salary: Circa £17 per hour
• Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

We are seeking a fluent French-speaking Customer Service Representative for a temporary role starting immediately. This position involves interacting with customers and clients based in Geneva, ensuring their details are up-to-date, and providing excellent customer service.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Making calls to customers and clients based in Geneva to update any details that have changed.
• Performing data entry tasks to ensure all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Providing high-quality customer service, addressing any queries or concerns.
• Maintaining a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in French is essential.
• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and managing databases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
