Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a fluent French-speaking Customer Service Representative for a temporary role starting immediately. This position involves interacting with customers and clients based in Geneva, ensuring their details are up-to-date, and providing excellent customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Making calls to customers and clients based in Geneva to update any details that have changed.
- Performing data entry tasks to ensure all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Providing high-quality customer service, addressing any queries or concerns.
- Maintaining a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in French is essential.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and managing databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
