Temporary Sales Administrator/Immediate Start

Location: Wakefield

Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Order processing
  • Fielding all incoming calls
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Managing incoming emails
  • Preparing customer quotes
  • General administrative duties as required

You'll need:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role
  • Confidence using internal systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and face-to-face)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude
  • The ability to thrive within a busy, small team environment
