About the Role:

The Temporary Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting senior executives, managing their schedules, and coordinating projects. Your ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in maintaining trust and efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Organize and manage special projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Handle incoming communications and prioritize responses.
• Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
• Support day-to-day administrative functions for the executive team.
• Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in an executive or personal assistant role.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Immediate availability for the role.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in project management.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications in office management or administration are advantageous.
