My client is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to join their team permanently, supporting both front-of-house and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact: greet visitors, manage calls, and handle messages.
- Maintain reception and meeting rooms.
- Coordinate catering, handle post and courier services, and report maintenance issues.
- Deliver inductions and manage office equipment.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and kitchen stock.
- Assist with events and social activities.
- Other adhoc duties as required.
