Telesales Executive - Leicester
Hourly Rate: £13.46Start date : Monday 20th AprilHours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (30-minute lunch) 4:30pm finish on Fridays
We are looking for a confident Telesales Executive to support the telesales campaign. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales experience who enjoys speaking with customers and working in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
About the Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will contact businesses within a designated region to promote and sell our range of products and office consumables. This is an office-based, full-time role based in Leicester.
Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Introducing and promoting our stationery and office consumable products
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Accurately recording call details and orders in the CRM system
- Sharing customer insights and buying trends with the wider sales team
- Participating in team meetings and contributing best practices
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in telesales, sales, or customer service
- Excellent telephone manner and confident communication skills
- Ability to persuade and influence decision makers
- Resilience and positivity when handling objections
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Target-driven approach with a desire to excel
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
