Description

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions effectively.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Maintain and update financial data in accounting software.
• Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support audit preparations and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Profile

A successful Assistant Accountant should have:

• A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards within the property industry is desirable.
