Main Responsibilities:
- Most of the work is high profile contentious or edging towards contentious employment work.
- Individuals working in all forms of financial services, partners in professional services businesses, consultants and senior executives in industry.
- A flexible concept of employment work
- A lot of restrictive covenant, whistleblowing and discrimination advice also covering partnership and LLP, misrepresentation, harassment and stress at work claims that arise
- A good proportion of our work is litigated in the High Court.
Key Requirements:
- Must have 4-6 years PQE within Employment Law
- Really bright with good academics
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-aware and conscientious
- A good team player
