Service Coordinator

Location: ChathamSalary: £30,000 - £35,000

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation based in Chatham who are seeking a proactive and highly organised Service Coordinator to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers, engineers, and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Coordinate engineer schedules and allocate jobs efficiently
• Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding service queries
• Monitor job progress, ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales
• Process service-related documentation, reports, and updates
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
• Maintain accurate records within the service management system
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Experience in a service, scheduling, coordination, or helpdesk role
• Confident communicator with the ability to multitask
• Good IT competency, including CRM or scheduling software
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
