What you'll do:

As Legal Counsel Commercial, you will play an integral role in safeguarding the organisation's interests through expert legal advice and hands-on support.

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts including procurement, supply of goods and services, research collaborations, intellectual property matters, and partnership agreements.

What you bring:

To excel as Legal Counsel Commercial, you will:

• Be a qualified as a solicitor or barrister in England & Wales with significant post-qualification experience in commercial law.

• Have experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
