Warehouse Operative - Permanent

Location: MaldonSalary: up to 27,500

Hours: 8-4:30pm - Permanent

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking warehouse operative to join our busy distribution team in Chelmsford Maldon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and organisation.

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Operating warehouse equipment (training provided where needed)
• Stock checks, replenishment, and general warehouse maintenance
• Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are followed
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
