Job Description

A leading international law firm is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to support its high-profile Disputes practice, with a focus on Employment. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, market-leading cases for major global clients within a collaborative and ambitious team.

The Role

  • Lead and coordinate pitches and multi-jurisdictional RFPs
  • Deliver BD campaigns and manage client events (including ROI tracking)
  • Support client targeting and key account initiatives
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities
  • Maintain CRM systems, pitch materials and credentials
  • Prepare legal directory and award submissions

About You

  • Strong pitching and proposal experience
  • Excellent written and organisational skills
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM systems and legal directories
