About the Roles

We are looking for Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting class learning and lesson activities
  • Providing 1:1 or small-group interventions
  • Assisting with phonics, early literacy, and numeracy
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional well-being
  • Helping teachers with classroom organisation and preparation
  • Creating a warm, inclusive, engaging learning environment

Roles are available for day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements across both Cheltenham and Gloucester.
