About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Community Domiciliary Nurse to oversee complex care packages within the community. This position involves providing clinical governance, supporting and training care staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care delivery across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage complex care packages in community settings.
• Deliver clinical training and competency assessments to care staff.
• Ensure compliance with care standards, policies, and best practice guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support service users.
• Provide ongoing clinical oversight and promote excellence in care delivery.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (NMC Pin required).
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Telford, Wolverhampton, and Birmingham.
• Strong clinical understanding of complex care.
