About the Firm: A well-established regional law firm with a respected commercial property team is seeking a qualified solicitor to join their Stratford-upon-Avon office. The firm advises a diverse client base on commercial property matters and prides itself on a collaborative, supportive working environment.

Role Overview: We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to manage a varied caseload of commercial property work, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and investment transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting for clients on commercial property transactions.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and related legal documents.

• Providing practical, commercial advice to clients.

• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.

• Managing own caseload efficiently while maintaining excellent client service.

Skills & Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years' PQE in commercial property.

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Commercial awareness and practical problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
