Hours: Monday to Friday - Rotating Days & AftersHourly Rate: £14.46 - £15.03

As a Skilled Polisher, you will play a key role in the finishing process of high-precision medical and aerospace components, ensuring each part meets extremely high cosmetic and dimensional standards. This role requires a steady hand, strong attention to detail, and experience working to tight tolerances.

• Polishing and finishing of precision components to a high standard
• Working on medical and aerospace parts, ensuring compliance with strict industry requirements
• Use of hand tools, polishing mops, and specialist finishing equipment
• Removing imperfections, scratches, and blemishes to achieve a flawless surface finish
• Visual inspection of components against quality standards and specifications
• Working to tight tolerances and detailed engineering drawings
• Supporting quality control processes and maintaining accurate documentation
• Collaborating with production and engineering teams

• Previous experience as a Polisher within precision engineering, aerospace, or medical manufacturing
• Strong understanding of surface finishing techniques and quality standards
• Experience working with small, intricate components
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in a structured, high-spec manufacturing environment
