You'll be joining a close-knit team within a critical inspection function, where your work directly contributes to the quality and safety of complex engineered components.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting radiographic inspection processes using approved techniques
  • Learning how to interpret and assess inspection results accurately
  • Identifying defects or irregularities and escalating where required

  • Ensuring all processes are followed with precision and consistency

Full training will be provided, including working towards industry-recognised NDT certification.

  • A technical mindset - engineering, mechanical or quality-based exposure is ideal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Reliable, hardworking and keen to learn
  • A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in engineering

Any exposure to engineering qualifications (NVQ, BTEC, apprenticeship etc.) would be advantageous but not essential.

WHY APPLY?

  • Structured training and recognised qualifications
  • Clear progression into skilled technical roles
  • Stable, growing business with strong investment in staff
  • Supportive team environment
  • Opportunity to build a long-term engineering career
