Duties: Coordinating deliveries and collections with transport providers Preparing shipping and delivery documentation and keeping records up to date Using an ERP system to process orders, stock movements and dispatch information Carrying out basic quality and quantity checks before goods are dispatched Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory checks Liaising with customers and internal teams regarding deliveries and order requirements Supporting the warehouse and production teams with picking, packing and preparing goods for dispatch Investigating and escalating any delivery, quality or operational issues Producing basic reports and maintaining accurate administration Working in line with company health and safety procedures What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, practical and enjoys working in a busy environment. You don't need to have experience in every part of the role, but you'll ideally bring some experience from a logistics, dispatch, manufacturing or warehouse setting. You'll be confident using computer systems, comfortable dealing with different people throughout the day and have a good eye for detail. Experience with SAP or another stock/ERP system would be useful. The role also has a hands-on element, so you'll need to be happy getting involved on the operational side rather than being purely office-based. Experience with deliveries, transport companies, stock or quality checks would be a bonus. Most importantly, we're looking for someone reliable, proactive and willing to get stuck in. Operations Administrator North Kent Monday to Friday 8:.00pm(1hr lunch) Permanent - full time role A fantastic opportunity for an Operations Administrator has arisen for someone to join a well-established company, who operate within the Building Services sector. This role is super varied so if you are organised, love being busy and have a willingness to learn then carry on reading! Duties for this busy Operations Administrator role include: Raising and assigning work orders. Managing diaries, scheduling emergencies and booking work in. Dealing with inbound and outbound calls from residents and the clients. Liaising with site contacts. Producing RAMS. Organising isolations for relevant works. Handling Invoicing tasks Running KPI reports. To be successful for this role, you must have/be: Strong administrative background, ideally within a repairs and maintenance setting. Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating workloads. Confident in independently resolving issues as they arise. A thick skin, with an awareness of the challenges in dealing with vulnerable people. Super organised with the ability to pre-empt any scheduling issues. Good knowledge of local geography.
