Luxury Events Specialist - Guildford
£70,000 - £80,000 DOE + benefits
Step into a rare and high-profile role at the intersection of luxury lifestyle, travel and exclusive member experiences. This is an opportunity to shape and deliver an exceptional global programme of curated events for a discerning international membership.
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of immersive, high-end experiences from European tours and destination escapes to intimate UK-based gatherings while building influential partnerships with some of the world's most prestigious hotels, brands and travel providers.
This role is all about creating unforgettable moments with precision, discretion and style.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing World-Class Experiences
Lead the creation and delivery of a standout annual calendar of luxury experiences, including:
- European touring and lifestyle events
- Warm-weather destination escapes
- Exclusive cultural and sporting experiences
- High-end UK-based hospitality events
- Signature multi-day flagship experiences
- Seasonal countryside retreats
Building Elite Partnerships
- Develop long-term relationships with ultra-luxury hotels, private estates and destination venues
- Secure preferred rates, VIP access and repeatable signature experiences
Private Travel & Aviation
- Establish partnerships with private aviation and premium travel providers
- Create seamless, high-touch travel solutions for members
Brand Collaborations
- Identify and secure partnerships with globally recognised luxury brands
- Drive sponsorship opportunities and long-term collaborations
Commercial Ownership
- Oversee budgets, supplier agreements and procurement
- Manage financial delivery including billing and post-event reconciliation
Member Experience Leadership
- Act as a senior ambassador at events and experiences
- Ensure every touchpoint is delivered with discretion, polish and excellence
Experience and Skills Requirements:
This role suits someone operating at a senior level within luxury environments such as private members' clubs, high-end hospitality, luxury travel, concierge services or experiential events.
