Mobile FM Maintenance Electrician

Location: Mobile role covering Merseyside (L30)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: £39,000 per annum + overtime & call out
Duration: Ongoing Contract Long Term/Temp to Perm
Notes: Candidate will be given a work van to use for work purposes only. The candidate must be willing to join the on-call rota immediately and will be paid on call rates during this time.

Duties
This is a role for a proven LV Authorised 18th edition qualified Electrical Technician. Supported by a strong operational team, the focus is developing, maintaining and improving the Electrical systems across the clients commercial estate.

• Demonstrate the ability to maintain plant and equipment to agreed specifications and operation
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the relevant individual contracts
• Ensure paperwork is up to date and correctly completed
• Ensure all jobs are closed down promptly
• Carry out the defined planned maintenance regime for all contractual obligations within the contract
• Ensure Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) are in place.
• Issuing of relative working permits.
• Carry out repairs, reactive maintenance and minor installation works on plant.
• Attend, diagnose and repair faults having due regard to customer care in this specific environment.
• Carry out proactive plant monitoring activities to ensure efficient utilisation of plant and equipment

Person Specification

• Full, clean UK driving licence
• NVQ Level 3 Technical Certificate with the NET AM2 certificate
• Experience of using a CAFM system
• Good experience and track record in working in Facilities Management
