A highly reputable, multi service law firm in North Wales is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, ideally qualified to join its high-performing and friendly Property team. The Role

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handle Freehold and Leasehold Sale and Purchase matters
• Ability to deal with New Build, Shared Ownership and Buy to Let (Not essential)
• Work closely with support teams to ensure smooth file progression
• Maintain a high level of client care
• Work within a structured and well-supported property department

The Candidate

• Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or experienced Fee Earner
• Ability to manage a residential caseload independently from inception to completion
• Capable of managing 60-80 files from start to finish
• Confident handling Sale & Purchase transactions is essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
