The Role The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The caseload will include a mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions. Administrative support will be provided, but the role requires the ability to handle files independently while maintaining high standards of client care.
