Join Our Team as a Customer Service Executive!

Our client, a dynamic and family-run organization, is searching for a Customer Service Executive to join their vibrant team at their Worcester headquarters. If you are hungry, with a passion for helping others, this is the opportunity for you!

Location: Worcester Employment Type: Full Time - Monday to Friday Contract Type: Temp To Perm

You must be available to start with in the next week or so!

Your Role:As a Customer Service / Order Cross checking Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience is nothing short of outstanding. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Answering phone calls promptly and transferring them to the relevant teams
• Logging all interactions in our CRM system
• Coordinating export orders and providing documentation
• Keeping customers informed with daily tracking links
• Managing deliveries, collections, and returns
• Assisting with sample requests and order amendments
• Tracking orders and cross checking information across teams to ensure efficiency
• Liasing with purchasing and production teams
