Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with an award-winning independent mortgage brokerage to recruit experienced Mortgage Advisors and Mortgage Brokers across West Yorkshire who want the opportunity to run their own mortgage firm with full support.

This unique Associate Partner model allows an ambitious Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to build their own business while benefiting from the support, systems, marketing, and compliance of an established mortgage brand.

This model allows a successful Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to generate high earnings without the overheads associated with starting a mortgage firm from scratch.

• Provide whole of market mortgage advice
• Advise clients on residential mortgages, remortgages and buy-to-let mortgages
• Recommend protection products including life insurance and critical illness cover
• Build relationships with estate agents, solicitors and accountants
• Generate business through referrals, introducers and marketing
• Manage your mortgage pipeline from enquiry to completion

• Experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
• Minimum 12-24 months advising experience
• CeMAP qualified or equivalent
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Desire to build a successful mortgage business
• Strong customer relationship skills
